We use Fastway courier to deliver all orders within the Island of Ireland. All orders sent via fastway couriers require the person receiving the packages Name, Address, Mobile Number, a valid Eircode/Postcode and Email address. You will receive an email from Creations By Clodagh to say it has left our workshop and you will receive a further email from Fastway once it reaches their Depot. Please note there could be a delay between these emails but no more than 18hrs.
Once Orders have been dispatched they take between 1-3 days to be delivered depending on volumes within an area. From the end of November through December orders may take longer due to high volumes with Fastway but no longer than 4 days. If it has gone past this please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you.
For U.K. orders, we use An Post/Royal Mail unregistered/untracked services on your behalf. To view delivery details for your particular destination, log onto www.anpost.ie. If you are unhappy with their terms of service, or you wish to upgraded to registered tracked post contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you (please note there will be an additional charge of €10 to upgrade).
We ship all orders promptly and you will be notified via email when your order is sent. Please be patient if your order has not arrived as quick as you would like it to, and be sure to check with the post office or indeed neighbours if there is a parcel waiting for you. Don’t forget to check the Garden shed! Please don’t hesitate to contact us firstname.lastname@example.org if you need help we will contact Fastway on your behalf.
Within the first 24hrs of receiving your delivery please check your delivery thoroughly, breakages cannot be dealt with after this time as lapsed.
Please double-check the spelling of each name before submitting your order.We cannot rectify mistakes once they have been personalised.
If we make a mistake, we will replace the ornament at no charge once we receive a picture of the ornament via email. We will endeavour to rectify this situation quickly.
If an item arrives to you in a less than perfect condition, contact us and we will endevour to help with the situation. If you are advised to return ornaments to us please use the box they were shipped in. We recommend that you obtain a receipt of posting (free from the post office). Please note being unhappy with the style of personalised writing is not a valid reason as all pictures show ornaments personalised by hand on our website and our social media accounts.
If you have ordered an item that is not personalised you have the right to return the said item to us with in 7 days for a full refund (less postage costs).
